What information is collected and how is it used?
There are three types of information we collect from our customers:

Customer supplied information
We only collect personal information about our customers at the account registration stage or at the time of ordering. When you order, we use this information to process and fulfil your order and to notify you about the status of your order. The type of information we will collect includes:

The only exception to this is as part of our fraud checking procedures, to help us prevent illegal transactions. How do you protect my information?
For piece of mind when you place order(s) or access your account information online, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Please see our security policy for further information regarding this. It is also important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when you have finished using a shared computer.
