Delivery within a few days. It all came in two flat packs and I thought this is never complete, but it was and all fit together very well. I didnt fit the window in the position the instructions suggested I installed in the next one along, this to give a better air flow when window and top door is open. Take your time and allow a good day to put together though, dont rush it and all will be fine. Good quality materials all round. I even fitted an Argos automatic window opener, just need to sort out an auto watering system then all I have to do is eat the produce!! Not the cheapest I could find but I would purchase again if I wanted another one sometime.

Having just completed building my greenhouse I have to say I am both happy with the finished product and amazed at how easily it went togethter. It is definately a two person task but with that in mind, it's a relativly simple one. The greenhouse is well engineered making construction a lot easier. There's no drilling or cutting involved. The only tools you will need are a screwdriver and an adjustable spanner. The finished item is sturdy and secure. Service and communication were both excellent and the goods were delivered in a reasonable amount of time. It could have been delivered earlier but were it not for the Easter weekend. I am one happy customer and would definately use Garden Buildings Direct again as would I buy another Palram product.
