Service was good but product instructions very poor, awful. Additional guide but still massive gaps. Some incorrectly marked items and a wrong part in pack disappointing but quality is good.

Billyoh Rosette 7ft4 x 6ft greenhouse was delivered to me the next day...Thank you for the prompt, efficient service. My husband and brother in law wasted no time in putting it up. It's fine and when the windows are siliconed it's going to be even better...I'm excited

I was delighted with the back up service from this company. The greenhouse was delivered very promptly and although I did not begin to construct it for a number of weeks, when it was apparent some parts were missing, they too were delivered hastily and without question. The product I would award four stars, but for this company I give the five stars and it is why I continue to purchase from them.

Great building for the price, some detail leaves the imagination in tatters, and I would advise lots of silicone before the clips if you live in a windy area. Plus I used wooden stips instead of draw cord as advised by others. All in all a good buy.

frame work up only took 5 hours very high quality profiles. I ignored the instructions and used them as a parts list. the greenhouse is excellent so far glazing tomorrow.
