I was delighted with the back up service from this company. The greenhouse was delivered very promptly and although I did not begin to construct it for a number of weeks, when it was apparent some parts were missing, they too were delivered hastily and without question. The product I would award four stars, but for this company I give the five stars and it is why I continue to purchase from them.

Great building for the price, some detail leaves the imagination in tatters, and I would advise lots of silicone before the clips if you live in a windy area. Plus I used wooden stips instead of draw cord as advised by others. All in all a good buy.

frame work up only took 5 hours very high quality profiles. I ignored the instructions and used them as a parts list. the greenhouse is excellent so far glazing tomorrow.

A bit daunting at first bt as you progress it becomes a lot clearer was half built when we had gale force winds in November had to dismantle glazing now erected and looks well and remarkably robust one tip dont use rope or string use wood lattes 1"X1/2 " fit into grooves of uprights top & bottom this will hold panes in forget gales

We love our new school greenhouse. We bought the 12x8 BillyOh Rosette Complete. Luckily we had a team from a company who donated the money to us and put it up for us, so we didn't have to worry about that. The children are looking forward to planting seeds and have all been inside for a look. The greenhouse looks very smart and is child safe,

Hello my greenhouse arrived and only took 4days,the delivery man was very helpful and helped my husband carry it to the back of my house and it was very heavy as its 12foot by 8foot.Thaks so much and can’t wait to see it up
